Oriola and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) have a long cooperation in Sweden in logistic services. In the beginning of October 2018, the cooperation was extended to cover also GSK´s vaccine customer service for end-customers.
Starting October,Oriola provides GSK vaccine customer service to end customers that are vaccine clinics and private healthcare centers. The service includes for example registering orders, pharmacovigilance reporting, customer database management, invoicing and answering to questions related to GSK´ vaccines.

Oriola’s customer service for pharmaceutical companies is a tailored service that helps pharmaceutical companies to serve their end customers even better and at the same time saves time and resources. End customers can submit their orders easily through one database, Oriola4Care, or by calling to Oriola´s customer service. Oriola is also able to consolidate the delivery process and instead of several deliveries all orders can be delivered to end customers once a week.
