The Oriola Group’s financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), observing the valid IAS/IFRS standards and SIC and IFRIC interpretations approved by the European Union as per the date of the financial statements.

The International Financial Reporting Standards refer to the standards and associated interpretations in the Finnish Accounting Act and in regulations issued under it that are approved by the EU for application in accordance with the procedure laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1606/2002. The notes to the consolidated financial statements are also in accordance with the requirements of the Finnish accounting and corporate legislation supplementing the IFRS rules.
