Oriola signed EUR 140 million revolving credit facility linked to sustainability targets
Oriola has signed a new unsecured revolving credit facility agreement for a total of EUR 140 million for three years. The facility is committed and includes an option to be extended by two years. The new revolving credit facility will replace the existing 100 MEUR agreement that was signed in June 2017.
The margin of the revolving credit facility is linked to Oriola’s financial covenants and for the first time also linked to the performance of sustainability targets.
“Sustainability is part of Oriola’s strategy. The targets of the Facility are key performance indicators: with targeted reduction in carbon dioxide emissions in Oriola’s own operations and increase in recycling rate,” says CFO Helena Kukkonen.
Danske Bank, OP Corporate Bank and SEB were acting as Mandated Lead Arrangers. SEB acted as coordinator, sustainability coordinator and agent in the transaction.
