A new digital customer reclamation system is launched in OriolaPro

A new digital customer reclamation system is launched in OriolaPro. In
the first phase, three forms is launched for the use of pharmacies, hospital
pharmacies, medical centres, veterinarians, veterinarian clinics and health
shops: suspected product defect/product reclamation, damaged in transport and
product loan return forms. The suspected product defect form is launched for
pharmaceutical companies.


Particularly the digital suspected product defect form is a functionality
requested by all Oriola’s customers. The forms being launched now are part of a
bigger scope. The goal is to develop the interaction between customers and
Oriola and to improve operational transparency.


Benefits of the customer reclamation functionality:

  • The user can view reclamations sent to Oriola and follow their progress conveniently in OriolaPro.
  • All reclamations are stored in one place and managing them is easy, quick and information is in real time.
  • Sending and managing reclamations will be simplified and customers will have
    visibility into the handling of reclamations.
  • Oriola can monitor handling times, reclamation types and amount of
    reclamations.
