Oriola Corporation’s 306,960 A-shares converted into B-shares
In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola Corporation, 306,960 A-shares have been converted into 306,960 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 3 February 2020. After the conversion there are 55,127,313 A-shares and 126,358,900 B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is 181,486,213 and the total number of votes is 1,228,905,160.
