Oriola-KD Corporation will publish its financial statements release for 1
January - 31 December 2016 on Monday, 13 February 2017. The publication date of
the financial statements release has been changed from the date announced
earlier in Oriola-KD Corporation's Interim Report January-September 2016.

The publication dates of the financial reports in 2017 are as follows:

Interim Report 1-3/2017 on Friday, 28 April 2017
Half year financial report 1-6/2017 on Friday, 21 July 2017
Interim Report 1-9/2017 on Wednesday, 25 October 2017

Oriola-KD Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 14 March
2017 in Helsinki. The Board of Directors of the Company will convene the Annual
General Meeting at a later date.
