Oriola and Sandoz have agreed on pre-wholesale operations in the Baltic countries

Oriola and Sandoz have agreed on pre-wholesale operations of Sandoz’s products in the Baltic countries as of July 2015. According to the contract Oriola is responsible for warehousing and distribution of Sandoz’s products to other pharmaceutical wholesalers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Sandoz preserves the ownership of medicines and is responsible for establishing commercial conditions with pharmaceutical wholesalers and sale of products.
According to the contract Sandoz’s medicines are transported and stored in the warehouse of UAB Oriola Vilnius. From there the products are delivered to pharmaceutical wholesalers in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Sandoz preserves the ownership of medicines and is responsible for establishing commercial conditions with pharmaceutical wholesalers and sale of products.
