Pansuola launches two new spices – less sodium, more flavour

Taste with less salt

On average, Finns get more salt than recommended*. Pansuola offers a healthier option, as it has about half the sodium content of regular salt. Now selection of Pansuola is expanding with two interesting new products that bring flavor to all kinds of cooking with less salt. Pansuola products are Finnish Key Flag products.

AromaPansuola

AromaPansuola has 50% less sodium compared to traditional aroma spice salts. This aroma spice and mineral salt mixture is suitable as an all-purpose seasoning for cooking and the table. The product contains, among other things, onions, turmeric, carrots, garlic, parsnips and parsley. The salt content is 26.7 g per 100 g. The product is iodized and does not contain allergenic ingredients.

GrillPansuola

GrilliPansuola has 40% less sodium compared to traditional barbecue seasonings. This barbecue spice and mineral salt mixture is especially suitable for seasoning grilled and fried meats, fish and chicken. The product contains e.g. chili, paprika, onion, black pepper, coriander, cumin and garlic. The salt content is 25.8 g per 100 g. The product is iodized and does not contain allergenic ingredients.

The new Pansuola products are suitable for people who want to reduce their sodium intake and for families who want to offer their children healthier options. Pansuola products are also suitable for people with special diets, athletes and active exercisers who benefit from minerals to support recovery.

Facts about Pansuola

  • Pansuola is a mineral salt that has about half the sodium content of regular table salt or sea salt. Some of the sodium has been replaced by other minerals – potassium and magnesium. Reducing sodium consumption in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

The products will be available in grocery stores from the beginning of October.
