In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation,
599,991 A-shares have been converted into 599,991 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 5 May 2008.
After the conversion there are 50,122,862 A-shares and 91,784,966
B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is 141,907,828
and the total number of votes is 1,094,242,206.
