Oriola-KD and Orion renew their cooperation agreement in Finland

Oriola-KD Corporation's Finnish subsidiary Oriola Oy and Orion Oyj (Orion) have
signed a new long-term cooperation agreement on 29 May 2015. According to the
cooperation agreement, Oriola continues to be responsible for Orion's
pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution and extensive selection of services
in Finland.

Orion is a globally operating Finnish company developing, manufacturing and
marketing human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, active pharmaceutical
ingredients and diagnostic tests. Orion's wholesale of human pharmaceuticals in
Finland in 2014 amounted to EUR 251 million. Orion's market share of Finnish
pharmaceuticals market was 12% in 2014 (source: IMS Health). In addition, Orion
is the biggest marketer of non-medicinal products in the Finnish pharmacy field
and a significant marketer of veterinary pharmaceuticals.
