Coronavirus’ effect on Oriola Corporation’s Annual General Meeting

Oriola Corporation’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 17 March 2020 from 3.00 p.m. at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre. Due to the risk of coronavirus spreading and to ensure the safety of participants and Oriola’s personnel, all physical contact will be avoided. There will not be coffee served after the meeting, we will not shake hands and the seating arrangement in the meeting room will be as sparse as possible.

The Annual General Meeting will handle all the required matters as concisely as possible to ensure an efficient procession of the meeting. All shareholders are reminded of the possibility to use authorizations, if one has registered to the meeting but is unable to participate.

Oriola follows authorities’ instructions to avoid large gatherings of people in one place in the best possible way. Due to these instructions, Oriola will be limiting the attendance of its own personnel, including members of the Group Management Team, at the Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the attendance of the members of the Board of Directors will be restricted to the current Chairman of the Board of Directors Anssi Vanjoki and Panu Routila, who is proposed to be elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
