Oriola-KD Corporation's 100,000 A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation, 100,000
A-shares have been converted into 100,000 B-shares. The conversion has been
entered into the Trade Register on 22 December 2006. After the conversion there
are 56,294,640 A-shares and 84,963,188 B-shares in the company.
