Oriola-KD Corporation's 2,900 A-shares converted into B-shares

Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 27 October 2006 at 9.30 a.m.


In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation, 2,900
A-shares have been converted into 2,900 B-shares. The conversion has been
entered into the Trade Register on 27 October 2006. After the conversion there
are 56,394,640 A-shares and 84,863,188 B-shares in the company.
