Oriola-KD Corporation's 1,225,364 A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation,
1,225,364 A-shares have been converted into 1,225,364 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 12 June 2007.
After the conversion there are 51,731,340 A-shares and 89,526,488
B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is 141,257,828
and the total number of votes is 1,124,153,288.
