Oriola-KD Corporation's 150,000 A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation,
150,000 A-shares have been converted into 150,000 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 14 August
2007. After the conversion there are 51,581,340 A-shares and
89,676,488 B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is
141,257,828 and the total number of votes is 1,121,303,288.
