Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 12 January 2007 at 10.00 a.m.

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation, 1,172,100
A-shares have been converted into 1,172,100 B-shares. The conversion has been
entered into the Trade Register on 12 January 2007. After the conversion there
are 55,122,540 A-shares and 86,135,288 B-shares in the company.
