Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 19 November 2007 at
9.00 a.m.

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation,
99,553 A-shares have been converted into 99,553 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 19 November
2007. After the conversion there are 51,245,405 A-shares and
90,012,423 B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is
141,257,828 and the total number of votes is 1,114,920,523.
