Oriola-KD Corporation's 200,000 A-shares converted into B-shares

Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 11 February 2008 at
9.00 a.m.


In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation,
200,000 A-shares have been converted into 200,000 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 11 February
2008. After the conversion there are 51,045,405 A-shares and
90,212,423 B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is
141,257,828 and the total number of votes is 1,111,120,523.
