Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 1 April 2008 at
9.00 a.m.

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation,
55,954 A-shares have been converted into 55,954 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 1 April 2008.
After the conversion there are 50,722,853 A-shares and 91,184,975
B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is 141,907,828
and the total number of votes is 1,105,642,035.
